When a prospective client submits the consultation form, we collect the information they enter: name, phone, email, U.S. state, requested service, an optional deadline, and a brief description of the matter. We do not run analytics scripts, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers on the consultation form page.How we use it
Information submitted through the consultation form is used solely to respond to the inquiry and, where the engagement proceeds, to prepare and administer the resulting private contract. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer this information to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.Where it is stored
Form submissions are delivered to a Proton Mail inbox under end-to-end encryption. Forms are transported by FormSubmit, a third-party form relay; FormSubmit's privacy practices are published at formsubmit.co. No copy of the submission is retained on this website's servers.Retention
Consultation messages are retained in the firm's private inbox for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry and to maintain an orderly record of inbound matters. Engagement files are retained in accordance with the written private contract that governs the engagement.Requests and questions
