Our work is administrative and ministerial in nature, conducted under written private contract, and organized around three disciplines: entity formation and structuring, private membership association governance, and credit restoration.We are not a law firm. How we work
Every engagement begins with a complimentary thirty-minute intake conversation. We listen first. We do not propose scope, quote a fee, or recommend a structure until we understand the situation in front of us.From there, our advisors prepare a defined-scope engagement with a defined fee and defined deliverables. There are no hourly increments. There are no surprise invoices. There is no open meter.What we believe
Conventional law firms operate inside the public legal system, where every action sits on the public record and every conversation is billed in tenths of an hour. Our practice operates by private contract — a framework as old as commerce, rooted in the common law right to associate, to organize privately, and to structure one's own affairs.The result is work that is documented, disciplined, and discreet. When a matter genuinely requires legal representation, our advisors say so plainly and refer the client to a duly licensed attorney of their choosing.Coverage and capability
Our practice accepts engagements from clients in any U.S. state. The work is administrative and ministerial in nature, performed under private contract — not limited by state bar jurisdiction, which by design governs the practice of law and not the work we do.Engagements are conducted remotely.
